Janaurans old-school vibe and love of their outdoors make them one of Nordic countries biggest ski destinations.
But that doesn’t mean there aren’t plenty of new ideas for the brand, too.
In a bid to bring Janauria’s unique and classic ski-inspired brand to the next level, the company has been in talks with a few of the big names in the industry, including Nordstrom, to make it a part of the new, larger brand.
One of the first projects announced by Janaurs parent company is a partnership with Nordstrom to launch the new brand at its largest ski resort, in the Norwegian capital, Jönköping.
Nordstrom is already a huge part of Janaurus world, having opened its flagship stores in the city over the past two years.
Its stores have become a symbol of the Nordic lifestyle and have sold out at least one of every day for years.
“We are thrilled to be able to share the Janauri brand with Nordos store team,” Janauru said in a statement.
“The brand is a timeless concept and Nordstrom is a global leader in its category, with over 80 stores around the world.”
The brand, which will debut in 2017, will also be a part in the new store team.
In the first phase, the Nordstrom store team will work closely with the Janas team to build the brand into a brand that will help Janauras brand be seen by a global audience.
The Janaureys team will also help to guide the brand through a marketing strategy that will make it even more visible and appealing to its target audience.
With the brand now set to open in 2017 at the new Nordstrom Mall in Jönkköping, it seems that Janauros brand is set to take on a larger role in the brand’s future.
